Mushroom salad with soybeans

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 250 g soy sprouts
  • 125 g crab
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp, levelled sugar
  • some lemon juice
  • some salt
  • some pepper, white
  • some Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Drain the soybean sprouts. Clean the mushrooms, slice them thinly, and drizzle with lemon juice. Mix mayonnaise with curry, sugar, pepper, salt, and Worcestershire sauce; season to taste! Mix the mushrooms, sprouts, and shrimp with the sauce and serve immediately! Serve with baguette and dry white wine.
