Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 1 cup of cream
  • some condensed milk
  • possibly sour cream or cream cheese
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • some oil
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. spice(s)

Finely chop the onion. Slice the mushrooms. Heat the oil in a sufficiently large pan and sauté the onions. Gradually add the sliced ​​mushrooms and fry them on all sides. Add the honey and let the mushrooms caramelize. Pour in the cream, reduce the heat, and let it simmer slightly. If the sauce thickens too much, add a little condensed milk. If it’s too runny, stir in some sour cream or cream cheese. Finally, season to taste with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
