Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 thin pork steak(s), from the salmon piece, without fat edge
- 500 ml vegetable oil
- Paprika powder
- curry powder
- salt and pepper
- Herbs, Italian, dried
- Onion(s), also red

Sprinkle the pork steaks liberally with the spices and rub or press them in well. Place the seasoned slices of meat in the oil in a sealable container and let them marinate in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, heat a non-stick pan, drain the steaks briefly, and sear them briefly on both sides. Garnish with fresh onion rings. Serve with fried potatoes or French fries and a curry mayonnaise or rasnici sauce. Combine the mayonnaise, crème fraîche, yogurt, salt, pepper, and curry powder and let it marinate for a day.
