Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 package of fresh mushrooms, approx. 400 g
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • ¼ bunch parsley
  • ¼ vegetable onion(s)
  • some ginger, fresh
  • some herbal salt (wild garlic salt)
  • some vegetable stock powder
  • Clarified butter for sautéing
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

easy, even for vegetarians

First, heat the butter. Chop all ingredients into small pieces, add to the pot, sauté, and season. Then, add enough water to cover everything and simmer until thickened. If desired, add Mondamin to thicken. This dish can be served as a sauce with rice or noodles.
