Mushroom Soup
The perfect mushroom soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Fresh mushrooms
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 Onion
- 100 g Mixed minced meat
- 300 ml Milk
- 100 ml Boiling water
- 2 tbsp Cream cheese
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Sugar
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- 0,25 bunch Fresh celery leaves
- Wild garlic
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Peel and roughly chop the onion and garlic. Halve the mushrooms. Cut a handful of mushrooms into slices and fry them separately in a pan with wild garlic and butter until crispy.
- Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the onions, garlic and minced meat in it. Add mushrooms, pepper, sugar, salt and paprika powder and roast.
- Deglaze with milk and pour boiling water. Refine with cream cheese, celery and butter and puree. Season to taste and serve.
