Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 mushrooms (giant mushrooms)
- 3 spring onions
- 1 tbsp butter
- 75 g cream cheese, with herbs
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Trim and wash the mushrooms, remove the stems, and chop the stems. Trim the spring onions, slice them into thin rings, and sauté them in the heated fat along with the mushroom stems. Let cool and add the cream cheese. Season and stuff the mushrooms. Grill on the hot grill for about 10 minutes.
