Mushrooms with goat cheese

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 200 g goat cheese or blue cheese
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
  • Cranberries
  • Lettuce, some leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Mash the cheese with a fork and mix with the crème fraîche. Then spoon the mixture into the mushroom caps. Bake the mushrooms at 120°C for about 20 minutes. Garnish with cranberries and serve with some salad!
