Mussel Pasta – Gratin

- 400 g Giant clam pasta

- 400 g Minced meat
- 1 Onion
- 200 g Corn kernels, canned food
- 1 Egg
- 1 Bun
- Milk
- Salt pepper

- 500 g Sieved tomatos
- 200 g Grated cheese
- Oregano, rubbed
- Boil the mussel noodles in plenty of salted water until they are firm to the bite and drain.
- Soak the roll in milk and squeeze it out. Peel the onion and chop finely. Drain the corn kernels.
- Mix the minced meat with egg, diced onion, rolls and corn kernels together and season with salt and pepper.
- Fill the giant clam noodles with the mince.
- Place the tomatoes evenly in four small casserole dishes (or one large one) and place the filled giant clam noodles in them.
- Sprinkle the whole thing evenly with the grated oregano and the grated cheese and bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 35-40 minutes.
