Mustard-Dill Sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 40 g mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (raspberry vinegar)
  • 15 g powdered sugar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ bunch dill (picked and chopped)
  • salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

tastes particularly good with fish dishes

Simply mix all the ingredients together. For the mustard, you can also use Dijon mustard, depending on your taste, but I prefer medium-hot, non-grainy mustard. You can also use other types of oil (my olive oil is comparatively neutral in flavor). Since the egg yolk is eaten raw, the egg must be absolutely fresh!
