Mustard dip

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 spring onions
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 100 g natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 sachet of sauce (salad dressing, chives and herbs)
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

For the dip, wash the spring onions and slice them into thin rings. Mix together the crème fraîche, natural yogurt, mustard, and salad dressing mix. Season with sugar. Fold in half of the spring onions. Sprinkle the remaining onions on top. Ideal with grilled food or fondue.
