Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 6 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

good with grilled meat or hearty salads

Combine the honey with approximately 75 ml of broth, mustard, balsamic vinegar, and oil in a tall bowl and blend. Add a little more broth if desired and season the dressing with salt and pepper. It pairs well with grilled meat or hearty salads.
