- 250 ml cream (semi-skimmed)
- ¾ pack of herbs (8-herb mixture)
- 1 tbsp grainy French mustard
- Salt
- pepper
- Vegetable broth, instant
- garlic powder

Pour the cream, mustard, and herbs into a saucepan and heat gently to prevent burning. Season to taste with salt, pepper, broth, and garlic powder. Tip: For a lower-fat version, you can dilute the cream with milk. If the sauce is too runny, thicken it with a light sauce thickener, flour, or potato starch.
