Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 450 g spinach (creamed spinach)
- some milk
- 150 g cream cheese (herbs)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Dice the onion and garlic and sauté until translucent. Add the spinach, milk, and cream cheese and bring to a boil. Season with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and sugar, and add a little more milk to achieve the desired consistency. You can, of course, adjust this to your liking and taste.
