Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 part mustard
- 1 part honey, maybe a little less so it is not too sweet
- 1 part natural yogurt
- Dill, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
goes well with smoked salmon
Combine all ingredients in a tall bowl with a hand blender. Finally, add plenty of dill. Season with salt and pepper.
