Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 300 g minced meat
  • 2 large bell peppers
  • 3 bags of salad seasoning mix (Salatfix Italian herbs)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, fry the minced meat until crumbly, and dice the bell peppers. In a salad bowl, combine the salad dressing with a little water, add the crushed garlic, and mix everything together again. Then add the drained, warm pasta, the minced meat, and the diced bell peppers and mix everything well. Season with salt and pepper. Delicious hot or cold.
