Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 ml soy milk (soy drink)
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp margarine, vegan
  • 1 tbsp wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Melt the margarine in a saucepan. Add the flour, stir, and slowly add the milk and broth until a smooth sauce forms. Add the mustard, stir, and season to taste. This is a great addition to potato dishes.
