Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Moschter – yogurt – vinaigrette

Combine the vinegar, oil, mustard, and yogurt in a bowl and whisk until well combined. Finely chop the onion and garlic and add to the vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper. You can also use crème fraîche instead of yogurt.
