Ingredients
- 60 g Diced bacon
- 1 Red onion
- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 250 g Sliced carrots
- 5 cloves Chopped garlic
- 1 big can White beans, net weight 530 grams
- 2 Beef soup stock cubes
- 2 Sliced celery
- Dried oregano
- Dried thyme
- Grated lemon peel
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste or ketchup
- 0,5 Diced orange or yellow or red peppers
- Celery green
Instructions
- Fry the bacon with onion in sunflower oil, then roast the carrots
- Add the garlic and fry a little and add the drained beans and celery and pour in water, add stock cubes and spices (dried, but can also be fresh)
- Sauté softly, finally add the chopped celery green and diced paprika ... maybe salt and / or pepper
