Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 small apple
- 30 g butter
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 3 tbsp white wine
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp sugar
- salt and pepper
- Ginger powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash, peel, core, and dice the apple. Slowly melt the butter in a small saucepan, add the diced apple, and sauté. Then add the remaining ingredients in the order listed, stirring occasionally. Season to taste. This goes well with chicken breast, turkey, or simply with rice.
