Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 eggs
- 500 ml milk
- 100 g sugar
- 500 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Separate the eggs and beat until stiff peaks form. Whisk the egg yolks with the milk and sugar. Combine the flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar and stir into the batter a tablespoon at a time. Then stir in the quark and finally fold in the beaten peaks. Fry individual pancakes in a pan with margarine. Serve with applesauce and sugar.
