Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g boiled potatoes
  • 100 g bacon, lean, smoked
  • ½ bunch marjoram, fresh
  • ½ bunch of fresh chives
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the bacon. Finely chop the marjoram and chives. Slice the potatoes. Gently fry the bacon until translucent. Add the potato slices, season with salt, and fry until light brown. Whisk the eggs with milk, marjoram, and salt and pour over the potatoes; let them set. Sprinkle with chives before serving. A green salad goes well with this dish.
