Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 kg tomatoes, small
  • Basil, fresh or 3 tsp dried
  • 2 tbsp oil, good
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

First, rinse the tomatoes under cold, clear water and then quarter them. Pour the oil over the tomato quarters and toss briefly. Season the salad with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Finally, finely chop the basil and add it. You can also use dried basil, which is easier to measure. Mix everything together thoroughly and then refrigerate for at least 1 hour to infuse.
