My yogurt salad dressing

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tsp, strained mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tsp honey, creamy
  • 100 g yogurt, 3.5% fat
  • 1 tbsp salad cream (Miracel Whip)
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • Salt
  • Lemon pepper
  • 1 tsp herbs to taste
  • 1 tbsp spring onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Chop the spring onions and herbs. Combine the mustard and honey in a bowl and mix. First add the yogurt and stir in, then the salad dressing. Next, add the white wine vinegar, and finally the rapeseed oil. Season the dressing with salt and lemon pepper. Finally, mix the herbs and spring onions with everything. This dressing tastes wonderful with cucumber salad and mixed salads.
