Mykonos – Spaghetti
The perfect mykonos – spaghetti recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Spaghetti
- 6 small Tomatoes
- 0,5 Jar of black olives
- 0,5 Pck Lamb’S lettuce
- 0,5 Pck Feta cheese
- Parmesan
- Salt, pepper, basil
- 1 Slice of jalapeno
- Some olive oil as needed
- Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet.
- Remove the stalk from the tomatoes and let them briefly in warm water. Skin the tomatoes, remove the core and chop finely.
- Wash the lettuce, also cut into small pieces. Cut the feta cheese into cubes, finely chop the jalapenos.
- Now in a bowl, mix the lamb’s lettuce, tomatoes, olives, feta cheese, jalapeno with olive oil and the spices
- Finally mix in with the spaghetti. Fill onto plates and sprinkle with Pamessan. Good Appetite
