Mykonos – Spaghetti

The perfect mykonos – spaghetti recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Spaghetti
  • 6 small Tomatoes
  • 0,5 Jar of black olives
  • 0,5 Pck Lamb’S lettuce
  • 0,5 Pck Feta cheese
  • Parmesan
  • Salt, pepper, basil
  • 1 Slice of jalapeno
  • Some olive oil as needed
  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet.
  1. Remove the stalk from the tomatoes and let them briefly in warm water. Skin the tomatoes, remove the core and chop finely.
  1. Wash the lettuce, also cut into small pieces. Cut the feta cheese into cubes, finely chop the jalapenos.
  1. Now in a bowl, mix the lamb’s lettuce, tomatoes, olives, feta cheese, jalapeno with olive oil and the spices
  1. Finally mix in with the spaghetti. Fill onto plates and sprinkle with Pamessan. Good Appetite
