Nacho casserole with minced meat

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of nachos or tortillas
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 pack of cheese, grated
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • some spice mix, Mexican
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

simple, fast

Brown the ground beef in a pan with a little oil. When the beef is cooked, add the diced tomatoes from the can. Stir in the drained beans and season with the seasoning. Cover and cook for at least 5 minutes. Taste again and adjust seasoning if necessary. Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Preheat the oven to approximately 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit). Spread the cup of crème fraîche over the mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese. If desired, place nachos in the mixture, leaving some of the nachos sticking out. Bake for approximately 15 minutes, until the cheese is nicely browned. Serve with the remaining nachos for dipping.
