Red cabbage casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 jar red cabbage
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 500 g minced meat
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Season the minced meat and place it in a casserole dish. Layer the jar of red cabbage on top. Mix the cream and crème fraîche and pour over the top. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes or boiled potatoes.
