Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 8 eggs
  • 300 g butter
  • 300 g sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 300 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 200 g chocolate sprinkles
  • possibly powdered sugar or
  • Cake icing (chocolate icing)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Separate the eggs. Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, then add the egg yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Stir in the flour, baking powder, hazelnuts, and chocolate sprinkles. Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites. Bake for approximately 60 minutes at 170°C in a greased springform pan with a baking tray. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar or cover with chocolate icing.
