Nashi Wontons with Matcha Ice Cream
The perfect nashi wontons with matcha ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the ice cream:
- 1 tbsp Vanilla liqueur
- 2 tbsp Pear brandy
- 100 ml Orange juice
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- Wonton batter
- 0,5 l Cream
- 0,5 l Milk
- 1 tbsp Cook matcha
- 175 g Sugar
For the chocolate sauce:
- 2 blackboard Dark chocolate
- 2 blackboard Milk chocolate
- 100 ml Orange juice
The wontons:
- Cut the Nashi pears into small pieces and briefly reduce to a compote with the remaining ingredients. Season to taste with cinnamon and sugar. Pour 1 teaspoon of the filling into a sheet of wonton batter and shape into a sachet. Fry in the deep fryer for about 1 minute.
The ice:
- Mix all ingredients together until the sugar has dissolved. Then fill the ice cream in an ice cream maker. Let the ice cream machine run until the ice cream is creamy.
The chocolate sauce:
- Melt the chocolate with orange juice. Stir frequently.
