Matcha Banana Ice Cream

The perfect matcha banana ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 tbsp Matcha tea powder
  • 4 tbsp Water
  • 180 g Bananas
  • 150 g Milk
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 a cup Cream, 200 g
  1. First stir the matcha tea powder with the water until smooth. Put the bananas in a tall mixing bowl, pour the matcha mixture over them. Pour in the milk, spoon the sugar over it and puree everything together. Whip the cream until it is half stiff and pour the “green matcha sauce” into the cream in portions and stir with a spoon so that the cream turns green. Until the liquid mass is used up. Then pour the mixture into a plastic container, put the lid on it and put it in the freezer. After 2 hours please stir, then stir again for another 2 hours. And then let it freeze until it has turned solid to ice. Place in a bowl with a spoon or scoop and enjoy cold.
