Nasturtium Salad with Salmon and Chives Dressing

The perfect nasturtium salad with salmon and chives dressing recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Nasturtiums
  • 150 g Salmon tartare
  • 175 g Cream thick milk 10% fat
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • White pepper
  • Salt
  • Chives
  • Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Buttermilk
  1. Rinse the nasturtiums thoroughly and place the flowers in cold water mixed with a little vinegar. Drain and arrange the leaves with the flowers nicely on a plate. Put a small pile of salmon tartare in the middle and sprinkle with freshly ground white pepper. Mix the thick cream milk with the buttermilk and lemon juice until smooth. Season with pepper and salt and mix in the chives, cut into fine rolls. Finally, distribute the dressing on the salad portions.
