Williams – Christ – Pear Cheesecake
The perfect williams – christ – pear cheesecake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Shortcrust pastry:
- 250 g Flour
- 150 g Butter
- 70 g Sugar
- 3 Pc. Eggs
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
Filling:
- 500 g Quark
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 1 packet Vanilla flavored cooking pudding powder
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 250 ml Milk
- 0,75 Cup Oil
- 115 g Sugar
- 2 Cans Williams Christ pear, canned
- 1 packet White cake topping
Shortcrust pastry:
- Put the flour, butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar and baking powder together in a bowl and knead by hand until the dough comes off the edge of the bowl … then chill the dough for about 1/2 hour.
Filling:
- Put quark, egg, pudding powder – vanilla flavor, vanilla sugar, milk, oil and sugar in a bowl and stir … Cut the Williams pears into small pieces, add to the batter, and stir everything again … put some of the Williams pears aside for the topping …
Pour the batter into the springform pan:
- Grease the springform pan (26 cm), dust it with flour …. lay out the dough by hand in the springform pan from the inside out, as well as the edge ….. fill the filling into the springform pan, and the remaining Williams – Carefully place the pears on the dough.
Baking time:
- Bake the cake in the preheated oven at approx. 170 degrees with lower and upper heat for about 1 hour.
glaze
- 5th cake topping in 1/4 liter water, or stir with the juice of the Williams pear while boiling … then distribute on the cooled cake. Enjoy your meal!
