Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 5 pork neck steaks
- 3 tsp soy sauce
- e.g. Tabasco
- Spice mix (steak seasoning)
- basil
- oregano
- 4 onions (vegetable onions)
- 3 cans of mushrooms, sliced (850 ml)
- 1 bottle of tomato ketchup

Coat the steaks in the sauce and season on both sides. Place in a bowl and pour the remaining sauce over them. Let it marinate for 24-48 hours. Slice the onions and drain the mushrooms. Layer the steak first, then the onions and mushrooms in a roasting pan (alternating). Add the onions as the last layer. Then pour ketchup over the steak. Cook uncovered at 225 degrees Celsius for about 1-1.5 hours, then uncovered for another 15 minutes. You can also use neck chops instead of steak.
