Nectarine and kiwi salad with sweet dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 nectarines
  • 2 kiwis
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts, roasted
  • 6 tbsp milk or oat milk
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Delicious as a dessert

Wash the nectarines, remove the stones, and cut into wedges. Peel and slice the kiwis. Mix the milk with the agave syrup. Layer the kiwis and nectarines and drizzle with the dressing. Finally, sprinkle the stones on top.
