Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 200 ml milk
  • 70 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar, homemade
  • 1 tsp orange peel, dried
  • some oil, neutral

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

low-fat waffles

Combine the flour and baking powder. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Sift the flour and baking powder mixture over the batter and stir until all lumps are dissolved. Cover the batter and let it rest for about 20 to 30 minutes. Bake waffles in a greased waffle iron. Dust with powdered sugar to serve. You can also serve it with compote.
