Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 130 g cocoa powder, instant (Nesquik)
- 150 g butter
- 1 egg(s)
- Flour for the work surface
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough (using a mixer/dough hook or by hand). Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Roll out on a well-floured surface (approx. 4 mm thick), cut out cookies, and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (the dough yields approximately 3 sheets). Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 8-10 minutes (this varies depending on the thickness of the cookies). Tip: If you want the cookies to be even more chocolatey, you can also cover them with chocolate glaze at this point.
