Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 20 g yeast
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 150 g flour (spelt flour)
  • 150 g flour (wheat flour)
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 50 g nettles, the tips cut into strips

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Combine yeast, water, honey, salt, and flour. Knead for about 10 minutes and let rest for another 10 minutes. Melt the butter and stir it into the dough. Sauté the onion and nettle and knead them into the dough. Form a round loaf and bake at 250°C for 20 to 30 minutes.
