Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 50 g flour
- 1 egg(s)
- ⅛ liter milk
- 30 g nettles
- Salt
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Blanch the nettles, finely chop, and mix with the remaining ingredients to form a dough. Let it rest for a while. Pour the batter into a pan with hot oil and cook as pancakes. Let them cool slightly, then roll them up and cut them into thin noodles. Serve in bowls with hot beef or chicken broth.
