Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g nettles
- 100 ml olive oil
- 100 g feta cheese
- 50 g sunflower seeds, roasted
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- 4 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the nettles in hot water and roast the sunflower seeds in a non-stick pan without oil until fragrant. Chop all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper. Tip: If you have any leftovers, put them in a screw-top jar and cover the surface of the pesto with olive oil to keep the color.
