Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 eggs
- 4 tbsp water
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 200 g flour
- 50 g cornstarch
- 1 cup of coffee, strong
- 200 g chocolate (block chocolate)
- 1 shot of rum
- 3 cups of cream
- n. B. sugar
- some chocolate decorations (mocha beans)

Make a sponge cake from the first 6 ingredients, pour it into a 26 cm springform pan, and bake at 175 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes. Once the base has cooled, cut off the top third and hollow out the remaining layer, leaving a rim at the bottom. Crumble the hollowed-out cake. Grate the chocolate and melt it in the coffee, add the rum, and mix it with the crumbs. Pour the mixture into the hollowed-out base. Whip the cream with a little sugar until stiff and spread half of it over the filling. Place the lid on top and spread the cake with the remaining cream. Decorate with whipped cream and mocha beans.
