Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 Camemberts
  • 2 spring onions
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) pepper, mixed
  • Potatoes)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Place the Camembert on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C fan-assisted oven for approximately 13-15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the potatoes with their skins on for approximately 20 minutes, depending on their size, until they slide off a knife when pierced. Slice the spring onions and green parts into rings. Place the potatoes and spring onions on a plate, cut a slit in the Camembert so the sauce can run over the potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with pepper. Serve with salad.
