Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 600 g minced meat (pork)
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • 1 pinch of herbal salt
  • 2 large onions, cut into small cubes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 5 tomatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 bell pepper(s) (yellow)
  • 1 bell pepper(s) (red)
  • 1 bell pepper(s) (green)
  • 500 ml tomato ketchup
  • 500 ml broth
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cans of corn
  • 2 cans of beans, red
  • Caraway seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Shred the ground beef and season with chili and salt. Sauté the garlic and onions in oil, dice the bell peppers, and add them along with the tomato pieces. Cook for about 5 minutes. Then stir in the ground beef and brown. In another pot, heat the remaining ingredients (add the corn and beans at the end) and reduce. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
