Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g biscuits (egg biscuits)
  • 60 g butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 400 g quark
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 50 ml milk
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 1 sauce (fruit dessert sauce, e.g. raspberry or cherry)

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

creamy and quick to make

Grease a 26 cm springform pan well. Crumble the biscuits into small crumbs and mix with the remaining dough ingredients. Then transfer them to the pan and press down with a fork. Form a rim around the sides about 1 cm high. Now beat the cream cheese, sour cream, and quark with the vanilla extract, sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth. Gradually add the eggs and finally mix the flour and milk into the mixture. Spread on the base. Bake at 170 °C (convection oven: about 150 °C) for at least 60 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil towards the end to prevent the cake from darkening. Then let it cool in the oven with the door open. Mix the sour cream with the dessert sauce, pour over the cooled cake, and spread it on the cake.
