Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 sausages, sliced
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow, green, diced
  • 1 can of tomatoes, small, chopped
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 jar paprika sauce
  • ½ bottle of chili sauce
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Bratwurst with a difference

Fry the sausage in oil, remove, and set aside. Brown the onions in the frying fat, then add the bell peppers and sauté until cooked through. Add the corn, tomatoes, paprika sauce, and chili sauce and bring to a boil. Add the sausage and heat through. Serve with fries or croquettes.
