Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
tastes summery fresh and is perfect as a light main course
Wash the tomatoes and cucumber, dice/chop as desired, and divide evenly among the plates. Season with salt, pepper, oil, and balsamic vinegar (a fruity variety tastes even better). Then scatter the diced mozzarella over the top to keep it bright white. Sprinkle the mixture with sunflower seeds. Season the turkey breast on both sides with salt and pepper (mixed pepper from a mill works particularly well), cut into strips, and fry in a little olive oil until the meat is lightly browned. Arrange on the salad and enjoy while still warm. If desired, you can serve it with warm baguette or ciabatta.
