Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
First, prepare both types of jelly separately according to the package instructions, but with milk instead of water. Then let them cool and thicken. It takes about 5 hours for the gelatin to set. To prepare the base, crumble the biscuits, cocoa powder, and melted warm butter in a bowl. Knead these ingredients into a dough, then divide it between the muffin cups and press down lightly. Once both puddings have set, beat in the cream cheese to each one with a mixer until the creams are smooth and homogeneous. Now spread these creams on the bases. It doesn’t matter which cream you start with. Mix the cream stabilizer with the vanilla sugar and drizzle in the mixture while whipping the cream. To decorate the cakes, fill the cream into a piping bag and pipe it onto the cakes as a topping. Sprinkle the grated chocolate on top for decoration.
