No Harmful Additives: The World’s Healthiest Cheese Has Been Named

Many doctors believe that there are only two types of the healthiest cheese in the world. One of them is Adyghe cheese.

“The healthiest cheeses are those that do not contain too much fat and a very little salt. Probably, among the cheeses available on the market, it is still Adyghe,” said nutritionist Mikhail Ginzburg.

The expert recommends paying attention to the composition of the cheese. A good product should contain calcium. Protein also makes it healthy.

Excess fat in cheese, on the other hand, can be harmful to the body.

How much cottage cheese can you eat per day?

According to experts, it is better to consume 100-150 grams of Adyghe cheese per day. You can eat more, but the benefits will not increase much.

A delicious recipe for a cheese appetizer

You will need:

  • Tomato
  • Bell pepper
  • Zucchini
  • Adyghe cheese
  • Cut the Adyghe cheese into small cubes.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Wrap the cheese slices in foil and bake for 2-5 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash and chop the vegetables.

Cut zucchini into slices, and pepper into small strips.

Tomatoes should preferably be cherry. You can cut them in half.

Put cheese, tomato, pepper, and zucchini on skewers.

Drizzle with olive oil, and salt and add spices.

Put the skewers with Adyghe cheese and vegetables on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 5 minutes.

You can make such “kebabs” on a grill pan.
