Noodle and mushroom pot

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g spiral noodles
  • 200 g mushrooms, pre-cooked
  • 200 ml soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine)
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp vegetable stock powder
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta in a pot according to the instructions, drain, and set aside. Heat the oil in the pot and briefly sauté the mushrooms. Deglaze with the cream and stir in the stock powder. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the cooked pasta and heat everything together for another 5 minutes. Then serve.
