Spaghetti with vegan mushroom cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tbsp margarine, vegan with butter flavor
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 250 g mushrooms, brown
  • 150 ml white wine, vegan
  • 500 g Soy Cream Cuisine
  • 2 tsp vegetable broth, instant
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs of Provence
  • 1 pack of spaghetti

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely dice the onion. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Sauté the onion in margarine in a pan, add the mushrooms, and cook briefly. Deglaze with white wine. Add the vegetable stock powder and soy cream and simmer over low heat; thickening is not necessary. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions. Season the sauce with a little salt, some pepper, Provençal herbs, vegetable stock powder, and white wine.
