Noodle and Rocket Salad

The perfect noodle and rocket salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Short pasta
  • 1 Bowl Pickled, dried tomatoes
  • 150 g Ham cubes
  • 150 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 200 g Arugula
  • 100 g Grated Parmesan
  • 1 bag Pine nuts
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. 1. Boil the pasta, drain and allow to cool 2. Drain the pickled tomatoes and cut into small cubes 3. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half 4. Add everything to the pasta and mix with the oil and season with salt and pepper Separate, roughly cut and fold into the pasta salad 6. Scatter the cheese on top 7. Roast the pine nuts and mix into the salad 8. Enjoy your meal
