Pasta salad with chicken, super spicy, homemade

Cook the pasta until al dente, rinse in cold water, and set aside. Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and set aside. Get a large salad bowl ready. First, add the mayonnaise, then the dill and parsley, then season to taste with vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix everything well. Now drain the chicken broth and reserve it. Shred the chicken, removing any fatty bits, and add the meat to the bowl. Add 50-100 ml of the reserved chicken broth to the salad and mix everything well. Now chop the eggs; I always do this with an egg slicer: once lengthwise, once crosswise, and add them to the salad. Cut the gherkins into small pieces and add them as well. Mix everything well again and season to taste; it can be a bit salty, as the pasta will absorb a lot of the flavor. Finally, add the cooked pasta to the salad, mix everything again, and the pasta salad is ready.
